Shipping
We ship all of our products with Royal Mail, on either a 24 hour or 48 hour service. We do not guarantee a next day delivery. If you place your order on a Monday before 13:00 we will ship on the Tuesday, for delivery 24-48 hours later (depending on whether you choose 24 or 48 hour service).
Shipping Rates
Royal Mail – Tracked 24 (up to 2kg): £3.95* or £5.95 (up to 10kg)
Royal Mail – Tracked 48 (up to 2kg): £2.85* – or £6.95 (up to 10kg)
Returns
We can only accept returns on unopened food and supplements, and the customer would have to pay the shipping charge for us to collect the returned items. If you find any problems with the food and a return is agreed upon we will arrange collection.
